    Hello from Kentucky

Hello! I'm new here, directed to the site by Stina.

I am a mouse fancier (VP of the East Coast Mouse Association since 2008, member of the American Fancy Rat and Mouse Association) and currently own no snakes although in the past I have owned kingsnakes and cornsnakes and helped care for my roommates ribbon snakes. I also babysat a ball python for a few weeks.

I live in Louisville, Kentucky. The Kentucky Reptile Expo comes through once or twice a year and I always try to go because I love looking at all the awesome reptiles. I'm always amazed at some of the bright and bold colors of some of the herps.

    Peace,
    Jack

I went to undergrad in Berea, Kentucky (in Madison County). I love most of Kentucky. It's so beautiful. The one area I don't particularly love is the urban jungle, where I now live!

Welcome to BP.net, Jack! Glad to have you here. While I know you came here to help Stina out, I hope you'll stick around a become a part of our commuinty. Your knowledge of rodent husbandry and breeding would be a great addition. I hope to see you around the Forums!

Thank you! I'd like to stick around.

For about six years I've actually been looking for the perfect Pueblan milk snake. I want one who has very clear, very bold, non-blurry stripes from head to tail. I'm a little bit OCD about it, but I've gone to all sorts of reptile shows and never found the "right" one.
