Moldly eggs on day 23, Help!

Hello guys, my first clutch ever is in the incubator at day 23, and i have a few thing I'd like to get answered, all the eggs are beginning to get dents in them most of them just small ones on the top but one of them have allot of them, big ones at the sides, what should i do to counter this? add some water or just leave them be?. The second egg that I'm worried about are beginning to grow mold. At this state there's only a small "colony" on one of it's ends, should i wipe it of and continue doing so if it comes back?

All eggs still have clearly viable veins in them

Nothing to worry about. I've had fuzzy green eggs hatch with no problems. If the egg begins to sweat, then you should worry. As long as it stays dry you will be safe.
