    Is this common?

So tomorrow's feeding day and I usually weigh Aradia before sticking her mouse in water to thaw so I know which one to give her but I weighed her today because I was curious.

So on Saturday I fed a 15 gram adult mouse and she weighed 122 grams. Today I weighed her and she was 136g. She's kept almost all the weight of the mouse on her, I think. She also let go of some urates (urated?) and poop (it's impossible to mess it's so smelly! ).

Is it common for a snake as young as her to seem to absorb the whole mouse? She's been gaining in only 3-5 gram increments with every feeding so I was really surprised. Maybe the mouse just isn't digested yet but it definitely wasn't too big for her and there was no signs of her still having a bump from it.

An average weight per month is about 90 grams with proper size food fed one a week.

they do take in and loose water too. a possible couple grams of variance with that too. some of the mouse is expelled as CO2 breathing (small amount) I bet not 100% of the mouse is still in her.
