F10 questions
I haven't used the f10 before, but was thinking about ordering some. Who out there uses it for cleaning? It says you can wipe down, let dry, and safe for animals to go back in without wiping it out? Also, safe for tubs and hides, but what about water bowls?? What are anybody's thoughts and opinions on this stuff? Thanks .

I use both F10 and Chlorhexidine (not at the same time) F10 is great, all you have to do is spray down the cage, let it sit for a few minutes then wipe up. If you use very little I guess you wouldn't even have to wipe it up... but I do anyway. I use it on everything in my cage except my thermometers.

I use F10 for daily Disinfection and once a week I scrub everything out and bleach it. I use it on my water bowls but rinse them out/off after 5 minutes

I've switched from Chlorhexidine to F10. F10 doesn't break down as quickly. Good stuff.

^This is what I do. I clean everything then spray f10 and let dry. I rinse the bowls out before filling with water.

Re: F10 questions
I bit the bullet and ordered a bottle of the stuff when an RI spread through a big chunk of my collection - I'd say it's definitely worth it. A tiny bottle goes an incredibly long way since it's so concentrated. I dilute it in a little spray bottle and use it to wipe out my rat tanks as well as my bp's enclosures. Works great, gets rid of smells.
Don't know if you know already, but Brian from BHB has a video where he describes how to use it to nebulize a snake with an RI - you dilute it down and put it in a fogger, and it's safe for the snake to breathe and cures the RI. It's antiviral and antifungal, on top of antibacterial. Cured it right up! Only cost me about $80 for everything, would have been hundreds for a vet visit. The video's called 'my snakes down with the sickness' (or something along those lines) if you're interested.
Worth it. Bottom line.

I use a handful of their products. I start cleaning with the F10 sc xd (the detergent version) It works well although I also use the f10 antiseptic soap in tough dirt cases. After rinsing well I soak with the F10sc (1:250 unless it is a deep clean then 1:125) and for 'light' cleaning I wait for 20 min and 30 min for deep cleaning. The biggest advantage over Chlorhexidine is the stability of mixed solutions (6 months with distilled water over 6 weeks and sealed containers are not necessary.)
It is classed as zero hazard unlike Chlorhexidine.

Chlorhexidine (this is the same as the info pack packaged with Nolvasan)
