What do you know about rubber boas?

Hello everybody. I'm interested in adopting a rubber boa soon. I was just wondering if anybody on here owns one, maybe has advice for finding one. Or finding a breeder. I've been reading about this snake a lot, its eating habits and temperature needs. It's definitely the snake I'm most interested in. I know the laws regarding this snake are tricky in some states. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Re: What do you know about rubber boas?

I know people around where I live have found them in the wild, but I think it's actually illegal for us to keep them here. I have yet to see one in the wild myself. I have heard they are very easy to keep and will readily eat frozen / thawed baby mice. The ones I have handled seem really sweet and docile.
