Feeding
Hi everyone,
Ok so I've been feeding my balls every 7 days but would like to start feeding every 5 days. My question is when are they considered adults? At what weight should I go back to the 7-10 day schedule? All mine are sitting around 350-550 right now.
Thanks,
Sky

At 350-500gm, your babies should be approximately 7 months to 1 year of age. Why do you want to go back to a 5 day schedule? Have you always fed every 7 days? Are they gaining weight? Are they feeding well?
If they are gaining weight and have good feed responses, I wouldn't try to fix what isn't broken. They could be eating every 5 days, but many people switch to every 7 days at roughly 500 grams anyhow.
If they appear to be hungry all the time, then you could go to every 5 days, but I'd feed a slightly smaller rodent. There's no need to feed for weight gain if they are healthy babies. They will be healthier if they are grown more slowly.

They are feeding good so I'll take your advise and just keep them on the same schedule instead of changing.
Thanks
