Quick question - why do boas have live births and bp's lay eggs. Sorry if this is a stupid question but I've always wondered.

Maybe their native habitat isn't safe for external eggs?
I know various species of viper and other types of snakes like garters have live births as well.

Wow! And what a mess....lol. Do you clean them or put them on wet papertowels before setting up 21 (wow again!) seperate tubs? Very curious....

Amazing! You have some very nice babies there! I second the question - what did you breed her with?? And are the babies het for anything? Just curious but it'd be nice to know...

Wow that's a lot of babies! What is an average clutch size for this species?
