    Ack! Mites!

So I got two gtps and I was told upon purchasing them that they were healthy, parasite free, vet checked, and eating f/t. Haven't eaten yet, noticed mites and got them to the vet. I was given ivermectin. Do you think an ivermectin solution on the snakes and pro-vent-amite on the cage/perches will fix the problem? Also with the feeding, any tips? They also came with wonderful scale rot. The people paid for the vet bills, which is why I kept them.
