Inspired by a submission for BPOM that I wasn't able to accept, the theme for April's photos will be tattoos! Your own, a family member's, a friend's, even a stranger's. For the first time ever, though, we WILL have an exception to the rule about who has taken the photo. If that tat in the picture is YOUR tat, then the picture may have been taken by a family member or friend. If the tat belongs to someone else, then YOU must have taken the picture in order to submit it. Hope that makes sense! Let's see some GREAT INK!
