feeding question

so my bp blitz isnt eating again....surprise surprise. However he went on a 7 month fast and then pounded 2 small rats and then a medium rat. Immediately after those three meals he stopped eating again and hasnt eaten for about a month. I have experienced the fasting before with him but have never had him get back on feed and then stop again thats the part thats tripping me out. How long does the "normal" breeding season go? Anyone else had this on again off again thing happening? Any suggestions just curious and any help would be especially welcomed.

If a snake develops erratic feeding habits (as opposed to normal breeding season fasts), I have them checked for parasites. Feeding whole prey means a risk of parasites--even if they are frozen. The risk is reduced, but still exists.

ok well thats the thing i dont really know if i would classify this as erratic because he has fasted before and he had just gotten off of a 7 month fast, and technically isnt it still breeding season?
