That Basic-Genetics page has too many mistakes for my liking.

This web page is both shorter and better, IMO.

Thank you ALL for your advice. My son and i have combined every snake with our Lucy and we've narrowed it to 8 different males.....lol So here are our choices. Black Pastel, Desert (my favorite), Champagne, Fire, Ivory (son loves it the most!) Lemon Pastel, Spider (my 2nd fav) and Sugar. Any advice on which one to start with?

I would go with the Ivory...the least you'll get is yellow bellies when you breed it, and yellow belly combos are cool...everything else would still give you normals. Champagnes are nice, but except for a few exceptions, the champagne gene tends to overpower other genes in combos. If you decide to go with desert, get to know the potential issues with desert females...there are plenty of threads on just about every BP forum about them.

I say black pastel or fire. Your son likes the ivory bc its all white? Have you looked at super mojos or super fires? aka BEL

First question is how much are you planning on spending? Just in your favorite list prices for male range from $200 to $2500
    Over 60...
