    What kind of substrate do you use? Looks like it's very close to shedding to me...

    i use newspaper but the guy that i got her from had her in a chicken coop looking thing with dirt and sharp rock as bedding

    Okay, well I say keep her on newspaper and bump up humidity. To me, the pinkish belly and damaged looking scales looks more like she's very close to shedding. Once she sheds you'll be able to get a better idea if it's anything to worry about.
