The first one looks like an odd eyed (Is it odd eyed or is the other eye not catching the flash of the camera?) Mink dilute and the second one looks like a Mink with modifiers. It's impossible to say the exact genetics, but I do see a heavy Mink influence with both of them.
If you have blue running in your genetics, the second one could be a dove. It's hard to see in the photo though. Then again, I have seen Minks range in color from chocolate to a light brownish grey.
The first one certainly appears to be a diluted Mink though. If I remember correctly, the Red Eyed Diluted American Mock Minks are called Mocha. They almost appear beige with a warm brown wash throughout their coat.
