New Snake Feeding Question

So you just got your new snake. Everything set up, when do you offer the first meal? i personally offer first day i know everyone says wait a week or 2. But i just personal like to see how the feeding response is on the new snake. i just picked up a female pastel lesser on sunday at the LI reptile show and soon as i got home offered her a nice large ft mouse and she took it with out any hesitation(she was eating live)(pics are coming). so how long do you wait? and please tell me I'm not the only one who offers first day:roll eyes:

I wait at least 4 days, and no more than 8. It all depends on the disposition of the individual.

Both snakes iv gotten, I offered first day and they eat like no other!

I'll usually give them a couple days unless they are due and showing signs of being hungry.
