    Warm up incubator question

I know everybody are excited this season, my question is, how many weeks or even months did you warm up your incubator?

    Thanks!

I turned it on a week before my first expected clutch. I placed my egg tub with vermiculite 3 days before my bp layed.
If your incubator is new, try it a month before so you can do adjustments with the heat.

I started mine up when I began paring back in November. Let it run a few days and checked temps. I will start it back up when it gets around the 2 weeks before the first clutch mark so it ready for the first eggs.

    Re: Warm up incubator question

I run mine for a couple weeks before putting eggs in. Luckily for me, my geckos are already breeding, so I've had the incubators running for them!
