    Pied markers on other morphs

Will codoms like spiders, pins, yellowbellies, ect show het pied markers? I know that pastels will but I'm not sure about the others. If so does anyone have pics of the markers on their morph?

I don't know, I'm not even 100% that there are het pied markers that are 100% reliable (But I have seen that most of the time it works out)

I would say that it probably does... but as I said I don't know

Re: Pied markers on other morphs

I understand that het pied markers aren't totally reliable. My question is if spiders, yellowbellies, pins, or any other morph that tends to have clear bellies and low black on the edges will show a pied marker?

That's what I'm saying, I think that they would, but once again I don't have anything to back that up. Hopefully someone else will come along who has some first hand experiance.

Re: Pied markers on other morphs

What are pied markers for you?

If you mean the black trainlines on the belly, it will be visible in other morphs with a belly pattern. Spider and pinstripe are two examples with almost no belly pattern.

What I like more is the reduced body pattern especially in the tail than. I call it a marker and it will be visible in most morphs.

After talking with Justin Kobylka he gave me this knowledge. " I'd say its near impossible to find het pied markers on Spiders and Pins, although they do sometimes look a "little funky"... On YBs, I think its a bit easier, but still not easy. YB het Pieds often have darker belly markings, but not always. Hope that helps!".
Hopefully this helps anyone else with the same question seeing how tons looked but only 2 said anything.

I have a spider Het Pied and I can't notice any of the "typical" markers. My pastel het pied does have the train tracks markings though.
