Just a Random Thought?
Does the length of a ball python's head have anything to do with how big they will be when they reach full maturity? I'm just asking because i have two little females, and the one female is bigger than the other right now, but my smaller female is catching up pretty fast and her head is longer as well.

Not sure any studies that have been done. My guess would be that just like any other species, humans included, head shape/face shape and size varies. All of my ball python's faces look different from each other.
2.0 Offspring, 1.1 Normal Ball Python, 1.0 Pastel Ball Python, 0.1 Albino Ball Python, 0.1 Pinstripe Ball Python, 0.1 Banana Ball Python, 1.0 Pied Ball Python, 1.0 Normal Hognose, 0.1 Veiled Chameleon, 0.0.1 G.pulchra, 0.1 P.metallica, 0.1 M.giganteus

I'm not sure. I only have one BP but he's always had what seems like a little head in comparison to his body. However, his growth has been phenomenal - in less than a year he's grown a ton and is up to about 3.5 feet now, and he's a huge fatty. Not sure if the pic in my sig really shows what I'm talking about, but yeah, little-headed guy.
It's possible. Interesting question

Re: Just a Random Thought?
I really don't think there is anyway to predict mature size from head size as a baby but that is mostly speculation. I don't have enough snakes to give a definitive answer.
