    to late for pairing??

ok well i have a male spider and 2 female pastels and my spider a pastel female locked up on 2/20/12 and on 3/2/12 and i haven't paired up recently due to this question so i was wondering if its to late in the season for her to start growing follicles. also i heard that a male being in the cage could start follicle growth so if this is the case when would i be able to start feeling follicles?. also idk if this will help she is pounding rats if i offer her every day she will take them. im only feeding her every 7 days should i change that to 5 if she is growing follicles so she can get some more weight?

People breed year around so no its not to late to pair them. They said temperature change and being with a mate is what sparks the follicle growth

If they are showing signs of breeding behavior pair them. You have nothing to loose. All of our snakes are kept in the exact same conditions yet I have had clutches laid as early as Jan and as late as Oct. and every month in between. The only thing that matters is if your girl is cycling, not what month it is

    Re: to late for pairing??

Today or tomorrow....or maybe in a few months. They are on their own schedule.
