I am just wondering. I broke down and used stipend from school to get an ipad 2 (ordered off amazon with a student discount, for some reason android tablets are not for students but ipad is) So I was looking into this because everyone of my text books are digital through Vital Source, and as of right now Vital Source only has an apple app that is good for iPod touch, iPhone, and iPad. An android app is suppose to be coming out so I guess if it comes out with in the next 3 days and the iPad is still in the same condition I can return it back to amazon for full refund and get a one of the android tablets I was looking at. I can access my books through my schools web site but if I am not connected to the internet (I just got wifi only iPad 2) I don't have away to get my books. But there is some other features I did like for the ipad and that is video editing and the front and back camera. So I can defently see me using it as a camera for my reptiles and can do all my editing on the iPad its self. I know I can get apps from android market to do this, but none of them I have found allows me to splice to two videos together. along with it I ordered a set of stylus which can help me with taking notes for school and the 5 in 1 connector kit which I have read on androidforums can allow me to connect my android phone for tethering as well it has several different card slots. I am not sure if this allows for extra storage but I am not to concerned about that I use most of my music on my phone (32 gig sdhc card) or if it is just for transfering files. I have also read that most if this if I can't do it but if I jailbreak the iPad I can and it doesn't screw with the warrenty because all you have to is set the device back to factory defaults. So is there any iPad users on here that love there iPad as much as they like there reptiles and can you tell me what you like about it...
