    prices.

    what is a good price for a baby female spider, there is a pet store, specializing in reptiles and fish for the most part, who have a female baby who was hatched in january, and they want 325.00 is that a good price?

    I wouldnt pay more than $150-200 for a hatchling female spider. $325 is way too much in my opinion. I got mine for $125 as a baby. Petstore prices are always going to be higher because they have overhead. You can have one shipped to you and it will still be less and probably in better health as well. Check out fauna classifieds or kingsnake classifieds.

    Might want to try to find a breeder online 325 is pet store price.

    Yes i breed. I post animals up on kingsnake when i have stuff for sale. I havent started hatching yet but there are alot of good deals on spiders on kingsnake. The pet stores buy from the same places like kingsnake, fauna, etc then jack the price up. Most the time the pet shops buy the cheapest, lowest quality animals and put a premium on them. The good old pet stores are a dying breed. Now theres just big box rip off stores around. Its sad but its just like what home depot has done to the hardware stores and what walmart has done to every store.
