Is it 1 male for all 3? If so how old is the male?

I started pairing early September 2011 and only have 1 ovulation so far. So yes, patience is key.

    Patience, patience, and more patience.
Oh yeah, did I mention patience?
I've been pairing since sept/oct and I only have had one ovy so far. The others are glowing.

As others have stated Patience is key!
We have been pairing since the beginning of November and just had our first ovulation last week.

If you starter pairing late (Feb which I did), how long do I continue to reintroduce the single male to single female? They locked in a day 1st time, I am planning to give them "some alone time" for a couple days every two weeks.
Do I simply do that until they no longer express interest?

You want to continue pairing until you see an ovulation. Just keep pairing them every couple weeks for 2-3 days, or if you witness a lock you can remove the male afterwards until their next scheduled date.
