I gave up!
I've been my new Enchi boy would grow fast. But he's not interested in girls yet. So, my pewter boy is now getting his turn with my bee. Maybe next year.

Definitely don't have to give up - but the alternative pairing isn't exactly shabby!

my enchi het pied boy has only lockup 1 time that i have seen so i have been putting my lesser in there maybe i will get a sable/lesser 100%het pieds

Don't give up my enchi was doing the same thing. Gave him a 3 week break and put some more weight on him. He had his first lock last week. Loke others mentioned the Pewter X Bee pairing is not too shabby either though
