I've had my ball python for about 2 years now. He's around 3 feet long and he is in a 75 gallon enclosure. For a while he has been wheezing, I have altered his temperatures to higher lights and different substrates. For a while he stopped wheezing but lately it has reappeared. It's so nerve racking. I feel like there are no well knowledge vets in my area. So I was wondering what his temps should stay at on the cool and hot side to maybe rid him of his wheezing.

Ball Pythons need a hot side temperature of 88-92 degrees and a cool side temperature of 78-82 degrees. I would bump up the cool side to 84. Humidity is also a big factor. Make sure that the humidity level is between 40% and 60% and more towards 60% is better. What are you using to measure temperatures/humidity? And what are they now?

Ambient air temps are also important the air should be between 78-85º cooler outside this and the ability to regulate core temps with just a hot surface is hard.

I had one's on his old tank but since I put him into his new tank I haven't grabbed a new thermometer. I need to get one tomorrow, well I need to get two for each side and a humidity control. I have a giant water bowl in his tank so hopefully that will keep his humidity up :/

I'd say you need to take him to a vet, even a less competent one, as well. Diagnosing and treating a respiratory infection isn't rocket science--they should be able to take a culture. You may have to encourage them to use injectable, rather than oral, antibiotics, if they do prescribe antibiotics.
