    Scandinavian Reptiles

    Hello!

I wanted to share my friends great photos of Norwegian/Scandinavian reptiles and amphibians. Some of these are endangered and rare animals, and I cant even imagine how many hours he has searched and sat dead quiet in the woods.

anyways, enjoy, They are really worth the click...

    Beautiful photos!
I managed to snap a quick shot of an adder myself, when I was in Sweden, though my photo isn't nearly as pretty. It was at a moose park, right next to the trail...just a lucky find. Cutest little thing! It was a cool day, and it had come out to bask a bit, most likely.

From what I understand, while protected, they aren't too terribly rare. (Or, the protection has been doing them some good).

We didn't pester him, but he eyed us dubiously after we snapped a few photos, and then crept slowly away.

These are absolutely beautiful, inform yourself and your friend that the pictures are amazing and I wish I had the opportunity myself.

Will pass the message on, and im sure hell appreciate the kind words!
Im not familiar with whats happening in sweden, being a far more bigger country with ALOT of forest and waters, long under the timberline. I guess the adders trives there!
