I want to add some pizazz to my snake's viv, as well as to the viv I am getting ready to buy for the next snake I get. I had seen a video of someone using them on the walls of their homemade enclosure, which was made of wood, but I have glass. Would it work the same? I was wondering if anyone has experience with them in the more long term, and how well they hold up with higher humidity? Should I use extra reinforcement in the form of extra glue, and can I use standard fare tacky glue? Would it give any extra insulation at all? Could it be advisable to cover a portion of a screen top with it, or might there be some risk there that I'm not seeing (provided it's nowhere near the heat element)?

Sorry if some of those seem obvious, I just don't want any nasty surprises if I choose to go down this route. Also sorry if someone else already covered all of this, 50something pages of threads is a lot to sift through
