Yeaaa! Did my first Popping and was pooped on!

Hey all,
Actually, strike that reverse! I was first pooped on then I attempted to "Pop" my normal bp,lol . I just want to say Thank you to Justin Kobylka for the instructional youtube video on how to sex my bp's .
It was my fault for being pooped on. I knew he / she had sausage butt. But, didn't think about the possible release.
I got he/she out of the tub and sat on the bed to try and do the whole popping thing. I had watched justin's youtube video once a few week's back. I attempted to pop and wasn't sure exactly how to have my hand's. Then suddenly the white toothpaste stuff (urate?) dropped out. And, I jumped off the bed and found the nearest clear bowl that I had laying around in my room. And, he / she released all the rest. Whoa! More white stuff and pee. lol
I put the bp back in the tub and watched justin's youtube video over and over. Then I got the normal out again and tried to pop (figured why not? thing's are nice and cleared out).
After a few attempt's I heard some air release and saw some bubbles. And, finally was able to get the sex organ to expose itself. WOO HOO! I have a pretty good idea what hemipenes look like and didn't see them. At, the time thou I wasn't sure. I saw the anus and two really small whitesh/clear nub's exposed on the outer side of the anus. When I checked back with justin's video he described perfectly what you'll see in a female bp. The nub's are scent gland's actually (pretty sure that's what he said). And, not to be mistaken as hemipenes. Which from what I've seen in other youtube videos? There parallel pinkish tubes that are more center and come down from the body toward the tail I believe. Didn't have that with this bp. So, I have what I've been calling a girl a girl. Nice!
I have one other normal that was the smaller normal out of the two (now is the wider and almost longer normal I own, lol. Excellant feeder). But, I can't tell if he/she has sausage butt or is just thick? Which it has grown alot and widen ever since it started on feeding on ween rat's. I think I can start feeding both normal's on small rat's very soon. I am going to wait till it goes on it's own then I will pop it,lol.
Curious, on how everyone else's experience was on popping there bp for the first time?
Luckily for me I don't have to pop or prop my larger constrictor's (1.1 granite yellow anacondas 4'+ and 1.0 purple albino tiger retic). I would have to leave it to a herp vet or a breeder.

Congratulations on those several achievements in one sitting, lol! Pooped/peed/AND POPPED! Heck of a night, I'd say, lol! I have yet to pop any of mine...have some hatchlings I could try on, I suppose, just haven't worked up the nerve. I'm planning on going to a show later this month and asking someone to show me firsthand, as I can't quite get the hang of it from watching the videos...maybe I'm just slow, lol! I dunno... Regardless, congratulations on accomplishing that.

I'm planning on going to a show later this month and asking someone to show me firsthand, as I can't quite get the hang of it from watching the videos...maybe I'm just slow, lol! I dunno... Regardless, congratulations on accomplishing that.

Thank's. It was alittle weird for me to do my hand's the exact way justin did it? Because, I'm right handed and maybe he is too. But, in the video he uses his left hand to do the actual popping. I reversed it and used my right thumb as the main popper. I used my left hand and thumb to kinda breach up the tail.
Now, he said to push up with the thumb on the tail (between the cloaca and tail tip) then back down to the cloaca. Then pull back and push down and forward with the other thumb. Which I did but now that I think about it. I think he does both action's at once together? Which I know I did not. I did the tail area first held it. Then I did the pull back and down and push forward second. Had alittle trouble because I wasn't sure how far inside I should put pressure on the body without hurting the bp. Luckily, the normal I first attempted on ever. Is a very calm and docile bp. After a few gentle attempt's with no success I finally decided to go forward and apply a bit more pressure. And, what do you know we have a breach,lol. After, the examination of the organ I gently released her on the bed. And, she went on her way and continued to explore.

Congrats. I have actually been squirted a couple times while popping. One time it was a direct shot in the eye, the other time it was straight in the mouth. Definitely not fun. Now when popping I aim the vent away from my face.

I take it back. If I had to I could pop my larger constrictors.
The retic is really calm and as far as the annies. I have earned there tolerance. I will never say that they 100% trust me. Because they could easily bite down on me if they wanted to. They were very defensive at the start and they liked tasting my blood. But, after only a few days of having them and working with them? I can now do whatever I want with them. I guess you can say I like the unpredictablness of there behavior.
