    does your male do this?

Does anybody else have a male that freaks out if he's not with a female? My pastel goes crazy, throwing his body around and knocking over his water. He has even almost gotten out of his tub he hits the lid so hard. Then as soon as he's with a female he chills out, and then the next morning he's locked.

Are you using tubs with lids and not keeping the lid held down with something?
A snake shouldn't have a possible means of escape...

Yes occasionally a male will throw fits when removed from the females, but I ignore it and in no time at all the male settles.

Re: does your male do this?

The only issues I run into is my males start nose/head rubbing. It never gets too bad, but I keep an eye on it.
