    Raising children who love snakes.

Is anyone else teaching their children about snakes and lizards. Our 5 yr old and 8 yr old sons both love Chaos so much and our 3 Bearded Dragons. Our 8 yr old says his dream snake is a piebold with leopard spots! LOL Our 5 yr old wants a big big big snake LOL. Are they any good child friendly snake sites i can let them explore? My 8 yr old loves to research things on everything. I can see now that our garage is going to be turned into a snake house! A friend of my husband's has 45 snakes and has invited us to come check them out...bet we end up with one or 2! Choas is in our livingroom and i'd hate to move her to any other spot other than with the family. Our Beardies are in a room of their own right now. Just a random post thanks for reading.

I don't have kids and never plan on having kids, but my dad always taught me to love all animals. We always had fish and anoles when I was a kid and we always went to zoos.

I don't need kids of my own, though. I've been passing my love on to my one five-year-old cousin and will do the same with my other cousin once he's old enough (he's not even two yet). The last thing I want is for my own cousins to be afraid to come over my house because of my animals.

I have a 3 year old (he'll be 4 in april) and he loves snakes. He knows to put on saitizer before and after handing them. He knows what a ball python is. He knows that they're cold blooded and that's why they need heat to keep warm. He know that they eat mice and loes watching it. He will watching anything about snakes. Python hunters, fatal attractions, there wasa documentary on anacondas he loved. He loves snakes lol he'll handle them before my husband will xD
