    he was not happy about the ride home...he was about to start shedding, so he wasn't in the best moods to begin with...been hiding since i brought him home...hopefully, he'll shed and then eat and get accustomed to his new home.

    Congrats on the new guy
    It is a Merauke Blue Tongue Skink (Tiliqua Gigas Evanescens)
    If you take bird's eye view picture of him/her I could give a guess on its sex. And if I'm not sure I can have some of my friends (reputable blue tongue skink breeders) give a guess too

    Guessing the sex from a picture isn't an 100% accurate method of sexing. But often I'm correct.

    The same as LGray23- When I get my reptile room there will be a spot for a BTS. They are awesome. Congrats on the great addition
