    Thumbs down DIY Floating Racks......



    just finish up some work on my rack just waitin for tomorrow so i can get my flex watt and ill be done and a couple of more bins (28qt)
    what you guys and girls think?

    it goin to go right under the binds have to installed the wood but i keep drilling myself with the screws

    Looks neat and easy to move around. Do you have any sort of locking system for those tubs? Friend of ours has those tubs and has to be very diligent about putting something on the lids otherwise even his smaller girls can push out. Just a thought!

    Looks great, but it will be a pain to remove the lids each and every time you want to check your individual animals.

    yes i am goin to put locks on the bins because of my kids they trey to open there bins all the time

    the bins slide out very easy and i try not to have 2 snakes out a time i usually do 1 at a time even at feeding becuase they go into some sort of beast mode when i let the mice sit in the room for a half hour to scent the room

    yes some much lighter and the reason i really went with the floating bins is cuz i keep them in a closet 4X6 and the temp stay around 78 or 82
