I have been considering breeding my female since my friend recently obtained a gorgeous male about the same size, but I dont know when ball pythons stop breeding. My female is approximately 13. I got her as a hatchling about 13 years ago now would the strain be too much on her now if shes in good health? I dont want to lose my baby lol

If she's in good health she should be good to go. It's not like we're talking about a female that's been bred 7 out of the last 10 years...and 13 really isn't old.

Thats perfectly fine to breed at 13 years.

They live to be 30. The captive record is actually 45. So, she is in the prime of her life.

65. 65 is too old. You should never dig your female up to breed her. Its generally accepted that they can breed their whole life so long as they are in good health

It's more of a yearly basis thing than a cumulative thing. If she's healthy and ready to go this year, then go for it. Next year she might need a break, but then the year after that she might be good to go again. Just evaluate her health and feeding on a yearly basis before deciding if she should be paired.
