    Hi all!

My name is Cait, I'm 24, and I live in Michigan.

I work for a pest control company handling a dog named Aggie, who sniffs out bed bugs. I've actually got both of the company's dogs as the other dog handler just gave birth a couple of weeks ago. Magnum will be going back to his owner in mid-February sometime, though.

On top of those two, I have my personal dog, a two-year-old pit bull named Kane.

He's a total nut. I'm still waiting for him to mature into his brain. :-)

And finally, the reason I joined this forum ...

Pablo (formerly known as Biggie Smalls, ugh)

Pablo was dropped into my lap after my Stupid Ex showed up at my door with him huddled in a "tank" that was basically a fish bowl. Stupid Ex had bought him 3 weeks ago from Petsmart and decided he didn't want Pablo anymore and was going to "get rid of him" if I didn't take him in. By "get rid of him", he meant he was going to release Pablo into the wilds of a Michigan winter so he could slowly freeze to death. There's a reason my ex is my ex.

I am a sap and took Pablo in because I obviously couldn't let that happen. I went on an emergency trip to Petsmart to buy a tank kit set and have been inhaling as much information as possible from Google and other forums in an effort to brush up my snake knowledge as fast as possible. Because unfortunately for Pablo, even though I love snakes and had plans to own one some day, I didn't realize that "some day" was going to be two days ago.

So. Here I am. Soaking up the vast knowledge all of you have.
