OK to wait 2 extra days to feed?

My local rat supplier ran out of rats (because to her supplier was not shipping due to the holidays) therefor her shipment wont be coming in till what would be my 7th day since last feed (I currently do 5 day schedule, and her last meal was a rat pup) will this be an issue? if I have to I can give her a mouse of some sort, but id rather not because I just got her on rats last feed (it went smoothly thankfully ) any input would be greatly appriciated.

Also, she is 205 grams and about 5 months old.

    Thanks!

Many people feed once a week at all ages. Its not a problem. Your snake can go a long long time without food. Waiting two days to eat is like you waiting an hour. Its about the furthest thing from an issue. I would wait for a rat.

Ok well then you just need to get over that. My BP went 266 days last winter without eating. Its been 136 days as of today since its last meal. My temps are dead on and my humidity is great. I have tried frozen, live, mice, rats and gerbils over the course of its life. Chances are pretty good that your snake will make you wait more in its life than you will make it wait. I offer food every 7 to 10 days. As long as he is gaining weight each year I am happy.

Snakes are very different from humans, waiting two extra days is a non-issue.
