Ringer?
Hey guys! So I was checking out my mojo girl today and giving her pattern a heavy once over when I noticed something interesting on her, a couple bright white scales. Its not much, but I was curious, is this considered a ringer? How much white does it take to really be classified as a ringer? Is it just a little flecking? I'd love some input!!

None of the balls on this page are "ringers" IMO...when I think of a ringer I think of a very low white pied looking ball without the trademark pied pattern and clean belly (ie a normal looking ball with white pieces to the body). These are what I consider "true" ringers: http://ralphdavisreptiles.com/collec...all_python.asp
edit: Heather posted right when I was writing this: I do see that little ringer thing going on by her BP's tail

I honestly do not see it on Heather's... maybe I am just blind? I was just curious on the white splatter. I hadn't seen it on any of my other balls, so I thought I would ask. I had heard people say it can be a small sampling of white.

^ I think some confusion with ringers is that some snakes can have ringer type markings but does that make them a "ringer"? Same with snakes that show the het pied track markings when they arn't het pied. I say feel free to think of your girl as a ringer mojave, but IMO I think she's just a regular mojave with a couple little oddball white scales (me and my bf have two snakes with odd little sprinkles of white here and there that don't go along with their patterns but in no way would I call them ringers).
