    What is this??

I know the pics arent the greatest...But can anyone tell me why the scales on my BP's head are like this? She was like that when I got her and I thought it would go away after her first shed, But it didnt
It is just on her head...The rest of her looks good. But you can see the shape of the scales but where its dull its flat...Like she has no scales there???
If anyone could help me understand why this is, that would be great. Thanks.

The pics are there, but they're too blurry to see the individual scales. Maybe use a better camera, or take another photo in more light?

I don't see anything wrong with your BP, but I think I know what you mean. My Jackson has a couple of odd spots where it looks like the individual scales are duller then the rest of him. It's never occurred to me to be concerned about it, since he seems to be healthy in every other way. I would be interested in the response to this question, though.

Sounds like the exact same thing...Diablo totally seems healthy otherwise also, eats like a champ. I was just wondering if anyone knew what the cause of that could be??
