    new snake rack..

    Hi Guys, just sharing my new snake rack.. i am just wondering if this can accomdate BPs from hatchling to Adult.. what do you think...

    Thanks mike! no problem with heating since i live in the philippines... and this is a tropical country and no heating is needed.

    Your snakes do ok without a temperature gradient? What is the temperature and humidity there like? Bp's arent a tropical species.
    Im not questioning your methods at all because what you do with your snakes is up to you, Im more just asking out of curiosity.

    There are certain areas of the world (such as the Phillippines) that offer pretty ideal conditions for bps without supplemental heat. It's not like someone is running flexwatt for them in the wild...

    I think the rack looks great. You should be able to raise a bp from hatchling to adult in that rack. Start them in the bottom smaller tubs and move up to the bigger tubs when necessary...

    We use heat pads because it's cheaper than heating a whole room, and it gives them a great way to digest food faster and eat more often and more consistent(imo).
    But belly heat is by no means as important as a steady warm temperature and good humidity, both available for free in the Philippines

    OP, that rack should work fine
