Got my new fridge to use as an Incubator, now debating using it!

So I was told I would be getting a broken display fridge from a guy my gf knows from work. I was super excited because he sad he would give it to us for free. Well I just got it today and guess what. The large sized Rockstar display fridge is in perfect working order. Plugged it in and instatly was super cold. SO now I am having a problem destroying a fridge that I have seen selling for $600 to make an incubator...

    Guess Im gonna keep looking.

    Heres a couple pics

I wouldn't destroy it. There is always someone with an old broken down stand up freezer or something similar. Keep it until it gives out. Nice score though

You gotta remember it may sell for $600, but you got it for free with the intention of making an incubator. Personally I would go ahead with the project.. But that's just me. Do you have use for a rockstar fridge? Lol

Holy cow I would keep it and use it! I didn't have any trouble at all finding my fridge. It's a mid sized fridge that we actually used in the garage for awhile. It's old and the drawers were broke so I got it for $15 on CL.

I did get it for free but still, why destroy something that works perfectly. There isn't a scratch on it. Plus even if i sold it for $200-$300 That's still all profit. Ill probably end up using it for beer or something.

Only thing is I have been looking forever for a display fridge. I can get a free normal fridge to use but wanted a display fridge with glass. Guess I'm just kinda picky. Ill just have to keep looking. I heard of a place in Portland that has tons of them that they rebuild so maybe ill check them out.
