    Hello From Denver!!!

    Hello All,
I'm Brian and i'm about to get my first BP. Been hanging around for the past couple of weeks absorbing knowledge from the wealth of information that's on here. Unfortunately i already found a tank (for DIRT cheap), and have it setup about as well as i can figure despite me wanting to go with a tub. I've been communicating with Boas & Balls and i think i've landed on a '10 Pastel male. My friends and i are going to name it Herpert (we felt really special coming up with that).

I come from the world of Panther Chameleons (1 Abanja and 1 Ambilobe), which were a complete PITA to care for when i lived in UT, as 100% humidity+constant fresh air flow is... impossible lol. I had to part with them because work had me bouncing around quite a bit and i wasn't confident in my ability to give them all of the attention they deserved. They currently reside with a couple of friends and are happy, as of their last reports.

Anyways, i'm excited about getting the animal, and look forward to being part of this community!!!

    PS- Here's the herp porn:

    The Abanja:

The Ambilobe when he was little, didn't really get a good picture of him before i got rid of him:

Well i picked him up on tuesday and he's been left alone since. Temps are rock solid, but i'm doing battle with the humidity. Don't really want to change the substrate or majorly mess with the setup until he's fully settled in, but something really needs to be done. I'm misting at least 10 times a day, no exaggeration.

He's in his hide all day and he comes out and wanders around for part of the night. Seems pretty happy from what i've seen.
