    quoting multiple posts

this is such an asinine question, but I'm one of the least tech-savvy people of my generation. can anyone explain how to respond to a post quoting multiple individuals from previous posts within the same thread? the best I've been able to accomplish is to click the "reply with quote" button at the bottom right of the screen, but this can get unwieldy when someone has written at length on a particular topic. I'd like to learn how to include selections of quoted text from multiple people.

thanks to anyone who can help elucidate the finer points of participation within online communities.

Directly to the right of the "reply with quote" button is a little quotation mark with a + sign...click it on each post you want to quote, then click the "reply with quote" button as the last one and it will quote all the ones you added

Just click the icon of a text bubble (bottom most right icon) on the quotes u want and the select 'reply with quote" on the last post you want to select and they will all come up in the reply box.

Thank you for asking the question! I had wondered about this too but never got around to asking!
