Do you believe that there is a time to let senior pets ( specifically cats and dogs ) go? Meaning to euthanize them? The reason I ask is because we have a dog who's 13, maybe 14 years old. He's having a hard time getting around anymore, having a hard time holding his urine and bowels, barks and howls a lot for no apparent reason and does display some "dementia" symptoms. Quite a few friends comment on putting him down, and there are times I feel the same way, but he has been in this family since he was about 10 months old. It's a very delicate subject for Chad, as he's the one who has had him all these years.
Anyway, what is your opinion on it?
