I was just wondering how long a female will accept a male. Like how big is the window to put the male with her from the time she's willing to the time she will refuse

Generally people pair up Late September til around March but really though, they will breed all year. People just use the cold weather as a counter for when to breed. Since females can breed once a year, it makes sense to start all your breeding at the same time but you can breed any time of year in captivity. If you cool your female for a few weeks, she should start taking to breeding.
