Should the US Government Ban Pythons? PLEASE VOTE!

US Fish & Wildlife Service is considering a BAN on many pythons and boas that would add them to the Injurious Wildlife list of the Lacey Act. A move that would criminalize the actions of millions of American citizens and destroy tens of thousands of small businesses. Please participate in this easy poll to weigh in on this issue. If you don't believe pythons should be banned VOTE NO!

I voted.....but do these sorts of polls actually serve any purpose? I'd like to hope they do, but I'm not seeing it.

I was wondering the same thing myself. Also voted, got the link in my email, but I'm not sure what the poll will do to help

I voted NO.........if the FACTS / STATS were truly used, there is a sound documentable basis for banning dogs, cats, horses, guns etc. LEAVE OUR SNAKES ALONE ! If there ever were a proposed ban on dogs, cats, horses the citizens of the US would beat down the doors of the mayors office and there would be a march on washington full of angry , violent protestors ! BUT.....because my python is not furry and " cute " the " pet police " want to take her away. Sounds like this country is well on its way to being a place that wants total control of its citizens lives. REMEMBER: BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING YOU ! ......and they want your pets!
