    Setting Up!

Hey guys! So I just recently won an auction on Ben Siegel's facebook page for an adorable little ornate uro. I have been reading up on caresheets and wanting one for years! So here is the list of stuff I intend on picking up. Please tell me if I am missing anything! I intend to go down to the store today and pick up all the things I need to make sure his home is ready when he gets here. I am super duper excited.

    Supplies:

    Cage
    Millet Bird Seed
    Hide
    Tubes to connect to hide
    Basking Light (UVA/UVB/Heat)
    Basking Rock (Flat Rock Surface)
    Rep-Cal
    Herptivite
Food: Carrot tops, turnip greens, bok choy, napa cabbage, collard greens, dandellion greens, thawed mixed veggies (pease, green beans, carrots, corn, lima beans).

Looks like you've got it down pretty well. Congrats, ornates are the prettiest IMO. I've never cared for one, but I've read a lot about them. They have very similar care requirements to bearded dragons, minus the insects.

Here's a great site for safe fruits and veggies as well as nutrition content. It's for bearded dragons but it works the same for Uros, I hope it helps.
