    Albino Piebald

I know if you cross an Albino with a Piebald, 100% of your babies will be Het. Albino/Het. Piebald. But what are the percentages of getting an albino piebald if you mate two of the double hets? Would there be 25% Albino, 25% Piebald, 25% double het and 25% Albino Piebald? I couldn't find a program that had the double hets in it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It would be a 1/16 chance.

    Re: Albino Piebald

That is one reason why I don't know if I am going to go for the Albino Pied. I have 1.3 pieds and 1.2 albinos and I figure I would hit the AP if I mated all the double hets I got from the 5 girls. But with my luck I would get all boys in the 5 clutch's. But I do like to take chances. Over 50% (9/16) chance at something other than a normal looking snake. It's almost as bad as Vegas. But if I do hit it, they will need the space shuttle to get me down when I jump in triumph.

Too many snakes to list. Ball pythons, Gtp's and Boa's. It easier to say it that way.

Now I see why albinoXpieds cost over 10 grand. Double recessives are incredibly hard to hit.

Last year someone on here was talking about raising up a pair of quad hets. I don't remember which 4 genes but you are talking some serious longshot odds.
