Rat split
So i was feeding my ball while studying for an exam. I go to check on him and his progress and the feeder rat pup is literally in 2 pieces hanging on by the spine. Should i stop him? He has it in his mouth.. For now im leaving him but if i should take it away please let me know.

Leave it, he doesn't care how his food looks or if its touching or if its inside(s) out. How big is your ball and did you feed live, pre killed or frozen thawed?

I was thinking it must be or its a big snake and a tiny pup and that big snake needs a bigger prey item. That's why I asked.
Enjoy the show! Just wait until they swallow it backwards or sideways. You think they are never going to get it down and then down the hatch it goes!

Iggy 'went overboard' "killing" her F/T mouse and exploded it.
She ate it anyway, with the liver and other assorted entrails hanging out.
Personally, I think she enjoyed it even more than usual.
At least it didn't just "taste like fur" this time.
Bleah!
