How do you keep track of all of your breeders?

My memory sucks and I'm going to be working with a lot of double het stuff.

I quickly realized how hard keeping track of all of this was going to be so I bought a whiteboard last month and have been using it to keep track of pairings. At a glance I can see which boy is allowed with which girl, who he was in with last, when his break started, or how long he has been in with a girl. Also some of the girls get rotated with several different boys and it's very easy to tell whose turn it is.

How do you guys keep track of all of this stuff?

I simply have a notebook with a page dedicated to each animal. I record everything from feedings to locks under each animals page.

I have a notebook for the breeding season that I write everything down in. Also I use stickers on the tubs themselves. That way I can see locks, pairings etc.
For tracking everyone normally I have a binder and action sheets.

I write down which male will be paired with which girl, then I mark the tubs of all the girls with which male will be used on her.

I don't always write down the dates of when the male was actually in, etc.

The more detail you keep up with, the better you can plan, the better you can look back and see what worked and what didn't.

Binder with tabs--each page [in the BP Breeding section] is labeled with the Dam x Sire. On the lines below I include dates and record every pair, lock, follicle, etc.

I use Vyper Reptile Pro for all of my records, but keep a dry erase board in my snake room. I only keep the females listed on the dry erase board along with their weight and the last time they locked and ate. I like all my females bred at least once a month. The dry erase board allows me to quickly see who needs paired up

I am using an index card that I tuck under the females tub.

I use Vyper Reptile Pro for rack lables, egg tub lables, breeding record, and feeding record.

I use a notebook. Once I get some ink in my printer, I plan on making each snake a file. In each file will be feeding records, shed records, weight records, and breeding records for each season that animal bred......man I really need to get to work on that. And all the files will go into a binder with tabs.
