They create a hybrid known as a carpall. Just to warn you right now, there is most likely going to be a bunch of people complaining about the ethics of hybrids in the very near future. My advice, do a google search on carpalls and check out hybridhaven.net.

Re: jungle carpet x ball python ?

I have seen them. There is some info out there here is a link to a forum thread with a pic of a carpet ball crosshttp://www.constrictors.com/forums/s...-python-hybrid No I am not going to bash you, but I am not a fan of hybrids. They do however sell for remarkably high prices in my oppenion.. I saw a spider ball x carpet cross that bob Clark had a while back and he wanted close to 2k for it. I was amazed, I can see how someone would think it was cool, but I would never own one or breed for one as far as that goes. I can tell you there is a fairly low success rate on most hybrid projects.

Google "carballs", you'll find your carpetxball cross that you're looking for.
Carballs are sterile animals though, like mules, so the only way to get them is by breeding a carpet to a ball python.
