    Exclamation Urgent!!! Urgent!!! Snake in shed

    My snake just started shedding, its stuck on his nose, hes pushing on everything he can, my humidity is at 71 what else can i do?

    Just relax and the let the snake do it's thing. The snake is trying to get the shed started.

    you can up the humidity a little and give it some time. he should work it off. is this his first shed with you?

    ok, thanks, but what if it lasts over half the day, or all day, then what do i do?

    yes, it is my first shed with him or visca versa, hes only 6 months old guesstimating here, because ive only had him a month and a half, and when we got him they said 4-5 months.

    Don't worry: this isn't a urgent, serious matter. Stuck pieces of shed happen.

    If it lasts all day (ie he doesn't shed completely and it's still stuck on his body) then I'd give him overnight to figure it out and if in the morning he still doesn't have it off go ahead and give him a little bath or let him move through a damp towel/pillow case. Don't worry: he'll be fine either way.
