I started pairing my snakes (I have 2 normale females - both over 2000g, and 2 males - 1 is around 500g, and other one is above 600g) around 1 month ago, and seen no locks at all so far. I tried spraying their cages, leaving other males shed in females cages, switching males between females, and no locks so far . All 4 snakes are still eating rats, although I give them smaller meals then normaly. Temps are around 80-81 at night and around 85 during the day (maybe it's too cold?). Both males have spermplugs. I don't know what else can I do. I try to be patient but it's HARD . I keep my snaks in a rack - I just took out their hides for the breeding season. This is my first breeding season.
Any more tips or should I just wait?
