During breeding season is it necessary to lower the temps or is it ok to leave them the same? Thanks
Nope, you can leave them the same. Some breeders drop temps but it's not necessary.

It's not necessary. Some breeders do, some don't. I just let my ambient temps drop, the room temps drop naturally in the winter time, and leave my heat tape the same temp. My snake room runs about 80-85 in the summer and 65-70 in the winter.
